□□On September 19, 2019, the Naming Ceremony of MV SAND DIAMOND Passenger ROPO Catamaran, which built by Marine-Expert Engineering Co., LTD with the investment of Henghua International, is held in the dock of Xijiang Shipyard in Zhaoqing, Guangdong province,China.The owner, Mr. And Mrs. Kuang, chairman of Henghua International;the lessee, Mr. Meng, chairman of the Asia Pacific Investment company of the United States; Mr Phillip, President of international marketing of BIG Group; and the contractor, Mr. Xia, managing director of Hong Kong Maritime-Expert Engineering Co., LTD.; and Grandfame Ship Management LTD, the captain Mr Hong together attend the ceremony. Senator Jude Hofschneider and Frank q. Cruz of the Northern Mariana Islands, were invited to unveil the Naming Ceremony on behalf of governor of Northern Mariana Islands and Tinian mayor.

□□MV SAND DIAMOND is a high-performance and energy-saving Passenger ROPO Catamaran, which can carry 292 passengers, 36 vehicles and will become the only ferry between the US Saipan and Tinian islands. The hull is made of high strength steel plate with a thickness of only 4-5mm and the superstructure is made of aluminum alloy.The ship is also equipped with the world's most advanced electronic navigation instruments and electronic chart equipment.
